Sketch, Draw and Modeling Connection Point of Crankshaft in Solidworks

In this tutorial, you will learn how to sketch, modeling and draw crank connection point in solidworks. After in the previoius tutorial, we have finished how to modeling main body of crank. We will guide you step by step so you can use this tutorial with easly. And also you can Modeling or drawing crank connection point in solidworks.

Crank connection point is divide on two part. There are part on up side and part on bottom side. Now we wan to draw part on up side.

Let us start and enjoy it.

1. Open solidworks program.  Click part mode. Insert sketch on the top plane. Draw sketch like shown.
   
2. Use Revolved Boss Command. The axis line of the revolution click the center line on the sketch. On the direction, input value 360 deg. 
   
3. Now our part up side have finished. Next we can continue to the bottom side. For bigining, we save this part first and open new document. 
4. Open solidworks program again.  Click part mode. Insert sketch on the top plane. Draw sketch like shown.
   
5. Use Rotate command, click center lin for axis of revolution. On direction tab, choose blind and input value 360 degrees.
   
6. This is the final model.
   

Connection Point Bottom side and Up side Part
