How to Sketch, Draw and Modeling Piston in Solidworks?

In this tutorial, you will learn how to Sketch, Draw and Modeling Piston in solidworks.

1. Open solidworks program.  Choose Part Mode. Draw sketch like shown. The most importand dimension is radius of piston.
   
2. Use revolved boss command.
   
3. Choose front plane view. Draw rectangle like shown. On rectangle option, choose center rectangle mode.
   
4. Use extrude cut command, like shown.
   
5. Insert sketch on this surface.
   
6. On bottom view, draw this sketch. Use center line, line, circle, trim and smart dimension command. If you need mirror command, you can use it.
   
7. Extrude it with 40mm.
   
8. Insert sketch on this surface. 
   
   Click that surface and use convert entities command.
   
   Draw sketch like shown. Use fillet with 15mm radius. 
   
9. Use extruded boss command, Extrude 10mm.
   
   Mirror it. Use Mirror Command. On Mirror face/Plane, click right plane on feature tree, confirm.
