- Open solidworks program. Choose Part Mode. Draw sketch like shown. The most importand dimension is radius of piston.
- Use revolved boss command.
- Choose front plane view. Draw rectangle like shown. On rectangle option, choose center rectangle mode.
- Use extrude cut command, like shown.
- Insert sketch on this surface.
- On bottom view, draw this sketch. Use center line, line, circle, trim and smart dimension command. If you need mirror command, you can use it.
- Extrude it with 40mm.
- Insert sketch on this surface. Click that surface and use convert entities command. Draw sketch like shown. Use fillet with 15mm radius.
- Use extruded boss command, Extrude 10mm. Mirror it. Use Mirror Command. On Mirror face/Plane, click right plane on feature tree, confirm.
